• To make a reservation please either phone us directly (360-352-1322) or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , let us know the drop off date and pick up date.  We will return your email or voice mail message as soon as possible to confirm availabilty.

• We must have updated vaccine records prior to your drop off date, your veterinarian office can fax them to us directly at 360-352-1254, you can review our vaccine requirements here.

• We also need a Pet Parent Profile and Pet Profile for each pet, you can download and print the profiles from our site here and either mail, fax or bring in the profiles.

• Once we have confirmed availabilty, all reservations require a $25.00 non-refundable deposit*, you may use the PayPal button below, mail a check or drop off your payment in person.

* We understand that life happens and plans change, we require 48 hours advance cancellation notice.  Reservation deposit's are non-refundable but if given 48 hours advance notice we will credit your account for your next stay.  Please give as much notice as possible so we might accomodate another guest. Thank you for your understanding.

*Holiday reservations require a $50 deposit and are non-refundable.  Stays exceeding 2 weeks require 50% deposit.
