Frequently asked questions about our hours

• Can I visit or tour the kennel on Sunday ?

We are a small family owned and operated business. We are closed on Saturday and  Sundays, expect for drop offs and pick ups. We are still here with your pet(s), walks and playtime continue.  We appreciate your understanding!

• Can I pick up my pet afterhours ?

As a small family owned business we really try to have good boundaries about our hours. We also have to think about our guests who need quiet time to rest.

• When can I visit the kennel ?

Tours and visits for new clients is Tuesdays between 11am and 2pm 

Please note that not all our guests enjoy meeting new humans. We ask that you are respectful of our guests privacy and space. Children should be well supervised and calm during visits. We realize that many would like a full tour of our facility, most times we are proud and happy to show off our kennel and trails. However, certain guests are sometimes stressed by the appearance of strangers and some of our daycare dogs love other dogs but don't love humans. Please keep in mind that you are not only visiting a kennel but you are visiting our home and our guests home away from home. 

We dedicate our time to the clients who are staying with us and realize tours are important to new clients but we have to give our guests who are currently with us first priority.  We hope you understand and would want the same attention to your dogs if they were are guests.
