🐕 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Tips

  • Please limit drop-off to one family member inside the lobby
  • If possible, have one person check-in while pets wait in the vehicle to reduce stress
  • At pickup, we will bring belongings out and review paperwork before pets rejoin you

  • ✅ Preferred Check-In: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • ✅ Preferred Check-Out: Before 12:00 PM (Noon)
  • ⏳ Late Pick-Up Fee: $25 after 12:00 PM
