Lisa is our Resort Director and oversee's the Managers & Lead's in each department. Lisa holds her BAS in Research Methodology with an emphasis on Comparative cognition. She has worked with dogs her entire career both in the Veterinary setting and has an extensive background in AKC, FCI and Schutzhund dog sports.

Madison is our amazing Manager! She ensures that all our client's appointments are made and changed and modified! Madison is also busy with behind-the-scenes tasks like inventory, supply ordering and so much more! Madison has been with The Grove since 2015 and has worked at other Pet Care facilities.

Conner is our incredible Social Media Guru and Lead Enrichment Counselor. Conner designs and implements each month's daycare curriculum and ensures it is implemented. Conner has camera and treats in hand all day! Conner is Pet First Aid & CPR certified, has completed Knowing Dogs 101 & 102, Leerburg Basic Obedience and continuously seeks continuing education.

Katie is a Lead Hotel Technician, she is Pet First Aid & CPR Certified, has completed Knowing Dogs 101 & 102, and completed training in Veterinary Medications, Dog Anatomy & Leerburg Basic Dog Obedience. Katie ensures that all our guest's needs are met, she is in charge of hotel medications, weight checks, and ensuring each guest is mentally and physically satisfied.
