New client quick-start guide

Setting up your account takes about 5–10 minutes.

1. Create your account

   Enter your contact information and emergency contacts, then choose a username and password.

   Create a new account

2. Add your pet

   Enter your dog's details. Have more than one pet? Repeat this step for each one.

3. Add vaccination dates Optional now

   You can enter vaccine expiration dates during setup. Not sure of a date? Enter today's date, and we'll update your records once we receive them.

4. Book your first visit

   Reserve a stay, a daycare day, or a groom. New to daycare play groups? Start with an Intro Day.
