📝 New Client Quick-Start Guide

1️⃣ Create Your Account

Account setup takes about 5–10 minutes. You’ll enter your contact info, emergency contacts, and create a username and password.

2️⃣ Add Your Pet(s)

Enter your pet’s details. If you have more than one pet, simply repeat the process for each.

3️⃣ (Optional Now) Add Vaccination Dates

You may enter vaccine expiration dates during setup. If unsure, enter today’s date and we will update records once received.

Veterinary offices may fax records to: 360-352-1254

⚠ Important Requirement:
Proof of current vaccinations is required before arrival including:
  • Rabies
  • Distemper/Parvo
  • Bordetella
Puppies must have completed all booster rounds. Canine Influenza (CIV) is not required, but highly recommended.
