Check-In & Check-Out
We prefer Check-Ins in the morning to early afternoon, between 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. We can accommodate other times during regular business hours; please let us know your anticipated arrival time.
Check-Out is by 12:00 PM. Guests staying after noon will be charged a $25 "afternoon check-out fee." If you need a late check-out, please let us know your anticipated departure time.
Yes! We play rain, snow, or sun, so your pup may be a little dirty. Schedule grooming services with the front desk, and we will bath, dry, and brush your pet before pick-up.

Items from Home
We have raised hammock-style beds, fleece blankets, and heated floors. Bringing a small blankie or a t-shirt you recently wore helps your dog feel at home. We do not provide laundry or recommend large overstuffed beds. Crates from home are welcome.
For group play, we provide plenty of enrichment toys. Bringing personal toys is not recommended unless required for anxiety relief.
Hotel Rates & Fees
No minimum night is required, but a one-time $10 Holiday surcharge applies.
Yes. We are a small family-owned facility; a non-refundable $25 reservation deposit is required to secure your booking.
Extended stays over 15 nights receive a 5% discount. Multi-pet discounts are not available.

Medications & Special Diets
Medications and supplements are included at no additional charge. Dogs requiring over 4 medications/day may incur a small fee ($5) depending on complexity.
Yes, all medications (topical, oral, injectable) are administered by Lead Hotel Technicians at no extra charge.
Yes! Bring kibble, raw, or homemade diets. Our kitchen has a microwave, fridge, and freezer. Pack extra food—dogs burn calories on vacation! Label all containers clearly.
